Hey, glad you’re here. Before you explore, buy, or bookmark anything, here’s what you need to know about how PixelPenWords works. I’ve kept this as straightforward as possible.

What is PixelPenWords?

PixelPenWords is run by me, Laboni B, a content writer and product builder based in India. This site is part portfolio, part shop, part corner of the internet where I share my work and thinking.

Digital Products

Buying & Getting Your Files

Products and resources on this site are either free or paid. Paid items are delivered through third-party sites like Gumroad or directly through PixelPenWords, depending on the product. You’ll get access right away after payment. Free resources are available instantly with no sign-up required, unless a specific page says otherwise.

Refunds

Because digital files can’t be “returned,” I don’t offer refunds once a product has been delivered. That said, if something goes wrong on the technical side (e.g., a broken file, a download that won’t open) reach out and I’ll sort it out.

What You Can Do With Your Purchase

Unless a product listing says otherwise, everything you buy here is for personal use. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Use it for your own work, projects, or workflows
  • Customise it however you need
  • Don’t resell it or pass it off as your own
  • Don’t redistribute the original files, free or paid
  • Don’t use it as the base for a product you sell to others

If you’re unsure whether something you want to do falls within these terms, just ask.

Custom Work

If you’re interested in a custom template or a variation of something you’ve seen here, feel free to reach out. I take on custom work occasionally and entirely at my own discretion — no guarantees, but I’m always happy to hear what you have in mind.

Everything on this site (the writing, case studies, design work, and code) belongs to PixelPenWords unless I’ve noted otherwise. If you’d like to quote or reference something, you’re welcome to, as long as you credit and link back to the original.

A Quick Disclaimer

I share things here because I find them useful or interesting- but I can’t guarantee every piece of information is complete or perfectly suited to your situation. Use your own judgment, and if something matters a lot, verify it independently.
